Aplana Software participated in the development of TrafficScience - software platform for next generation real time traffic information

ITIS creates new-generation solutions for providing best quality traffic information. And Aplana is proud to take part in it. Being a technological partner of ITIS we take responsibility to put into development all our experience, to make it with the use of the most efficient technologies, within set time and cost.
When Aplana started the work under TrafficScience solution our aim was to give a new life to an old system. After development a prototype that was accepted by ITIS, we started a hard work.
As a result TrafficScience solution became the only one solution on the market that produces reliable, high-quality real-time and historical traffic information, suitable for a range of applications and users. It covers wide geographic territories - often nationally - at a lower cost than was previously possible. To ITIS’s partners, this software platform became the basis for applications, generating new and increased revenue streams.
Already in 12 months it yielded fruit – ITIS together with its partners won a great contract from BMW AG to provide Next generation Real Time Traffic Information throughout Europe.
