Implementation of Electronic Documents Management System (Lotus Domino)

Project goals

Reengineering of business-processes for optimization of electronic documents management in company HQ.

• Company Management: Corporate and personal to-do lists, Document workflow and approval, Contracts management
• Document Management: External and internal documents
• Office Administration: Meeting organization, contact handling, etc.

Project scale and results

• About 700 users in Accounting division, Procurement, Logistics, Sales, Security, Internal audit and Document management department
• The total number of documents in the system : 52,000 office memos, 80,000 assignments (tasks).
• Documents processed monthly: 3200 office memos, 2000 incoming documents, 1800 outgoing documents

The project is resulted in unification of document workflow, elimination of routine work, faster decision making and easier management at enterprise level
