Main functionality

• Task automation for corporate HR managers and recruiting agency officers:
• Task automation for a HR manager: placement of vacations, authority allocation, history of negotiations with candidates, current account management, mailing lists, access to the system via a Notes client, reporting
• For candidates: an interactive tool to create a professional résumé, subscription to mailing lists, contacts with an employer (responses, replies to interview invitations)
• For owners: content management, billing, statistics, monitoring
• Advanced search for vacancies and résumés, language selection.

Implementation highlights

• A search engine based on Java Servlet technology: finding an entry in a résumé database with some 17,000 records takes only 3 seconds
• Automatic sending of vacancies in HTML format (using a specially designed SMTP relay)
• Same functionality for both Internet users (using either MS Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher or Netscape Navigator 4.5.7 or higher) and Notes users, also in offline mode
