Development of information portal for Administration of Voronezh region

Creation of the portal is a means of maintenance of an information openness, transparency and efficiency of activities of government bodies of the Voronezh area. Besides it was aimed to improve the quality of state services rendered to the population.

Each inhabitant of the region now has an opportunity not only to learn the actual information about all spheres of a life of the area, but also to receive consultation of officials and experts, download forms of necessary documents, to study legislative base of region. By means of “electronic reception” any Internet user can ask a question to the governor of the area or the official representative from administration. All references are transferred to management of office-work and are processed by system of electronic document management system, also developed by Aplana specialists.

Besides the portal has the section intended for potential investors. On its pages the businessmen interested in investment in the enterprises of region, can receive the information on planned and current projects, conditions of cooperation and contact data of the organizations. For attraction of the western investors materials of this section are translated into English, German and Spanish languages.

Convenient navigation of an information resource provides fast search of the necessary information, authorization of users enables to differentiate access to sections.

The portal was developed on the basis of IBM WebSphere Portal Server 6.0 and IBM Workplace Web Content Management.
